90 Sq Foot Kit contains a 423 Ft long roll of WarmWire 120090WDST-J to heat 90 Sq Ft at 2-1/2 inch spacing (12 watts per Sq Ft), a Programmable & GFCI Protected electronic thermostat with built-in timer. This Kit includes the following items packaged at the SunTouch Factory in the USA. Included in this Kit:
- 120090WDST-J WarmWire floor Heating Wire Spool 423 Ft long with 10 Ft Armored power lead
- SunStat PRO II Thermostat Model 500775 with dual Voltage, Built-in GFCI protection, and Preset or Custom programming, with LCD Backlit display
- 15 Ft floor sensor wire included
- Loud Mouth installation monitor for audible warning if continuity wire is broken during installation, simply connect the included 9-volt battery

- 3 Coils of WarmWire Strap
- Double sided super-sticky tape 3/4 inch wide x 108 feet long, is very thin and low profile to adhere your WarmWire Strap to the sub floor. It works on concrete, plywood or concrete board to hold the cable in place while you trowel over it.

Cable easy to lay down
I have been very happy with the product. The cable was easy to lay down, and we had some creative spaces to cover. I ended up having to take 3 different sessions to get all the tile laid down, and it was great to be able to connect the cable and have the floor nice and warm to work on. It also helped the thin set to dry much faster. The only difficult I had was with the meter trying to get an ohm reading. It seemed to vary a lot so I had to be sure I had really good lead connections to get a consistent reading. I was glad to have the loud mouth, as dropped a tool a couple of times and was glad to immediately know I hadn’t caused any problem.
