Your card is charged when you place your order and can be cancelled before shipping.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be stopped or cancelled, but it can be returned subject to our return policy.
Our preferred carrier for your shipment is UPS. UPS offers excellent home delivery or we can ship to your business address too. UPS tracking is state-of-the-art. If you provide your Email address, tracking information is automatically sent directly from UPS to your Email Inbox. We also offer US Postal Service and FEDEX for shipment to CANADA only. We also offer the option of shipping to you UPS C.O.D., although this will require a cashier check or money order, and an additional charge of $15.00.
When will my order ship?
We believe we have the USA's largest inventory of Electric Radiant Floor Heating systems. 99.6% of orders ship the SAME DAY you order, if you order before 7 PM Eastern Time. Compare us to competitors who either have no stock or have a much earlier shipping cut-off time

If we are out of stock, it is usually for only 1-5 days. If the delay will be longer than 2 days, we will contact you promptly and let you know when we can ship or offer you another size or option to get your project moving forward. With 4 manufacturers and over 120 Size options, we can move your urgent project forward.
Warm Your Floor Return Policy
We understand that things can change, and we offer a liberal Return Policy to accommodate you whenever practical.
When you purchase Floor Warming from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we try to make it easy. You have 90 days to request a return or exchange and you can process your return online.
We may charge a Re-Stocking charge of 10%, to cover our costs. Not a minimum of 15% like our competitors. HeatTrak Commercial-Industrial items have a 30 Day return policy and 15% restock charge.
We ask that you use our online form or contact us via Email, phone or fax and request a Return Authorization (RA) number BEFORE shipping anything back to us. A copy of your invoice should accompany all returns. Information contained on the invoice will be necessary to process the return or refund. Please have the invoice ready when you call or write.
You must ship the item to our office at your expense. We recommend using a carrier with tracking capabilities and insuring your package. Write your RA # on the outside of the package. We will process your return within 72 hours of receipt at our office.
Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. We will exchange or issue credit promptly for your return once it arrives at our warehouse in original condition. We cannot take back products that are dirty from job site use or that have been altered, cut or damaged in any way. Returns should include original packaging.
Special Order items are ordered according to your specifications, specifically for you and do not come from our extensive stock. In most cases, Special Orders are NOT RETURNABLE. Please confirm prior to ordering if you have any questions.
A refund will be issued only to the original credit card or by Company check.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless there was an error on our part. If WE make an error, we accept responsibility. We simply expect the same from you.
Free Shipping Terms
For Orders $149 and Over standard ground shipping is Free.
Free shipping does not apply to any expedited shipping methods. You may choose any shipping method you like for your order for an added cost as displayed in the shopping cart.
How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?
1. Place at least $149 of eligible products in your Shopping Cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Ship your items to a single U.S. address (48 states – not Free to Alaska & Hawaii)
4. Select “Free Shipping” or the shipping method that displays with “price $0.00” as your shipping Method. We usually ship via UPS ground, but we select the method & may use another carrier for Items shipped Free.
5. Review your cart to verify your shipping cost is $0.00, Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
6. After your order ships, it will be delivered within 1-5 business days.
Free Shipping Fine Print
- Applies only to orders with at least $149 of qualifying merchandise, excluding taxes, WarmYourFloor.com Web sites.
- Applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- We choose the carrier for free shipping; usually UPS or USPS with tracking numbers, our choice.
- Weekend delivery cannot be requested for free shipping. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
- May be used in conjunction with a promotional code. The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional code is applied.
- You will not receive FREE Shipping on your order if any eligible items are canceled, bringing the total below $149.
