The Original
ClearMirror ® is an
electrical bathroom mirror defogger. ClearMirror® is
a very thin (1/16”) heater that is easily adhered to the back
of your own mirror and wired to the same power supply as the
bathroom light fixture, fan or separate switch. Turn it on and the
pad heats up, preventing condensation on the surface of the
mirror. The size of the ClearMirror®
determines the area of the mirror that will remain dry and fog
free. Depending upon humidity and time,
the heat will radiate and may clear a larger area. And,

The
Shower ClearMirror® - a
patented, low-voltage, Safe, Fog Free, High Quality mirror with a
pre-installed heating pad is NOW
AVAILABLE ! You Get the mirror and it's FOGLESS. Shower ClearMirror
installs within your shower tile. Fit it in place flush with
your tile surrounding it for a "Built-In" look. Imagine
having a Fog Free Mirror in your shower - You Can See Clearly with
ClearMirror Shower.
The
ClearMirror® engineers and those at Underwriters Laboratories have
developed the best quality and electrically safe design. This
version is ideal for shaving right in the
shower. Standard of 24-volts, also available in 12-volts for
RV’s.
The standard Shower ClearMirror® is
a high quality 1/4" pencil-polished edge glass mirror with a
24-volt ClearMirror® adhered to the back. A template is provided to
install the ceramic tile (slightly larger than the ClearMirror®). The
Shower ClearMirror® is then attached to the
low-voltage supply lines and secured into place with a bead of
caulk. To power the ClearMirror® a UL
Listed plug-in transformer is provided which is simply plugged into a
switched outlet, i.e., below the vanity sink, in the attic space or in
an adjoining closet. The sizes have been designed around typical
wall tile installations.
