So the lowest SF value Cannot be exceeded. A cable that covers 86-105 SF CANNOT be installed in a 53 Sq Foot area, as this would exceed the allowable Watts per Sq Ft (1060 watts divided by 53 SF = 20 watts per SF = too much!)
