Yes, unfortunately one of our mats got compromised and we had to order a repair kit. We had our electrician come back and help us with the process. With our electrician, our contractor, our tile installer and Scott all on the phone together we were able to get all our readings up to par and after several days of waiting just to make sure grout was set - we tried the heated mats and they worked perfectly!!!! Scott was absolutely awesome from beginning of process to end. He helped me figure out sizes of mats we needed from a very rough scratch drawing and sent all the products out quickly. Christine and I had several phone conversations and she was able to give or relay important info back to me. Scott and Christine got us through it all!!!!
