We appreciate your business and make every effort to be an excellent supplier to all customers whether it is your first order or 50th.
Sales tax is collected as required by law. Residents of California pay 8%. No taxes are collected in other states.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express plus PayPal. We also accept Checks (paper) but funds must verified before we ship, typically 3-5 business days.
Your card is charged when you place your order and can be cancelled before shipping. Once an order has shipped it cannot be stopped or cancelled, but it can be returned subject to our Easy Returns policy.
Our preferred carrier for your shipment is UPS. UPS offers excellent home delivery or we can ship to your business address too. UPS tracking is state-of-the-art. If you provide your Email address, tracking information is automatically sent directly from UPS to your Email Inbox. We also offer US Postal Service and FEDEX for shipment to CANADA only.
Orders ship the same day you order as late as 7 PM EST
With the USA's largest inventory of Electric Radiant Floor Heating systems. 99.9% of orders ship the SAME DAY you order, if you order before 7 PM Eastern Time. Compare us to competitors who either have no stock or have a much earlier shipping cut-off time; other even depend on others to ship for them, but not us.
Warm Your Floor Return Policy- 90 Days, Full Return
Return your item within 90 days for a full refund. If you want to return an item, we want to make it easy. Returns are processed online using our form found here.
We will refund 100% of your purchase price for items that are New and Resalable condition, just like you received it. Buyers are responsible for return shipping for items they choose to return. If a return is needed due to our error, we will pay for your return shipping.
Exceptions to 100% refund policy:
• Custom Mats made to your special size cannot be returned
• Special order voltages (208, 277, 480) can only be exchanged
• Expedited shipping charges you paid are not refundable
• HeatTrak Mats & Nexans Cables have a 15% Restock fee & must be returned within 30 days
You must ship the item to our office at your expense. Choose a carrier with tracking capabilities and insure your package against loss or damage in transit. We will process your return & refund within 1 week of receipt at our office.
New & Resaleable means perfect condition as shipped from our Warehouse as we only sell new items.
Items are not New if they have been installed, are dirty from job site use, have been altered, cut or damaged in any way or are missing parts or manuals.
All Cable products that have been unspooled cannot be returned.
Free Shipping Terms- For Orders $149 and over, standard ground shipping is free
Free shipping does not apply to any expedited shipping methods. You may choose any shipping method you like for your order for an added cost as displayed in the shopping cart.
You can ship your items to an single U.S. address (48 states – not Free to Alaska & Hawaii)
We choose the carrier for free shipping; usually UPS or USPS with tracking numbers, our choice.
