Simply return the item us within 90 days of receipt, in unused new condition with all components and packaging. We will exchange or issue credit within 5 business days for qualified returns once they arrive at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been altered, cut or damaged in any way or items that have been installed or are dirty. No returns of heating cables that have been un-spooled / installed. Returns must include instruction manuals and all included items and be in the original packaging.
If you suspect an item may be defective, please contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting. Manufacturer Contact information is included on the instructions included with each item/order. Many times the problem can be quickly resolved with 1 phone call and without a return.
- Thermostats under warranty are handled directly with themanufacturer; they will process a replacement order for you.

We require at least one of the following to process your return:
- Invoice #
- Sales Order #
- Customer #
This information is available on your emailed invoice and packing slip enclosed with your order
Once you submit this form a representative will contact you with instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within two business days. RMA number must be visibly and clearly written on the outside of the returned package. You must ship the item to our office at your expense, using a carrier which can track and insure your package.
Returns must be :
- New & Complete. This means unused, intact and not installed with all components. Leads not pulled up the wall or connected to wiring. Spools not unrolled, mats not cut, etc. Same condition as received & able to be resold to another customer as new.
- Clean. No dust, debris, mortar.
- Received by us within 90 days from the day you received it. Ordered on March 1, delivered to you on March 7, must arrive to us by June 5.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Special Order items are ordered according to your specifications, specifically for you, and do not come from our extensive stock. Special or Custom Orders cannot be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless there was an error on our part. If the error is ours, we accept responsibility.
