We know that our customers need their orders quickly which is why we keep plenty of stock on hand and ready to ship. We have a solution for every floor right now and offer:

  • Same day shipping (and as fast as 1 day delivery, although UPS has suspended their guarantee as of March 20, 2020).
  • Thermostats, Mats, Cables, Membranes, Retrofit and Film - All Sizes - ready to ship now.
  • Custom mats built to order in 3-4 days.
  • And as always, Live Help from floor heating Experts from 6:30AM-5:00PM PST. We can help you choose the right product at the right price or review your floor plans and offer a formal quote. We are happy to answer any question you have or help in any way we can.

Free Shipping on orders over $149*

When checking out, simply choose the Free Shipping option. As long as you place your order before 7PM Eastern Time, your order will ship that same day.

  • *Oversized items are excluded from Free Shipping – Oversized Status is clearly denoted on each product page.
  • No coupon is required.
  • Applies only to standard ground shipping.
  • Available only for the 48 contiguous U.S. States (not Alaska or Hawaii).
  • $149 threshold is based on the net total dollar amount before taxes (if applicable).
  • If an order over $149 contains both a product that qualifies for free shipping as well as an oversized item, you will only be charged the cost of shipping for the oversized item.

When Will I Receive my Order?
Your delivery date depends on where you live along with what method you choose during checkout. For Free Shipping delivery, see the zones and time frames below. If you have ordered only a thermostat or other small item, your order could arrive even faster than indicated.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship the same day you order if your order is placed before 7PM Eastern Time.

Is Expedited Shipping Available?
Yes, we can ship expedited at additional cost, but delivery is not guaranteed. We ship expedited via UPS, and while they deliver as scheduled over 97% of the time, they do not guarantee delivery since 3-20-2020, and unfortunately, there are no refunds available if the shipment is late.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As long as you provide your email address, you will receive tracking information within one day after your order has shipped. Once you get your UPS tracking, you can sign up througgh their site to be notified of any changes to your scheduled delivery.
