The maximum load for all Nuheat thermostats is 15 AMPs, therefore the maximum heated area that can be controlled by a single unit is 150 sq ft when using 120v and 300 sq ft when using 240v heating elements.

How many Nuheat systems can be connected to a single thermostat?

It is possible to install multiple Nuheat mat, cable, and/or mesh kits to a single thermostat as long as the total power draw does not exceed 15 amps. The thermostat can usually accommodate up to 3 or 4 sets of leads before it becomes difficult to fit the wires into the terminals. It is important to ensure that each system is designed for the same voltage, whether it is 120V, 240V, or 208V.
