The SC-40C 208/240V Contactor allows for modular control of a snow and ice melting system. As many SC-40C Contactors can be connected to and run by a single APS-4C Control Panel from up to 500 ft away using an 18 AWG 2-wire jacketed lead or 1000 ft away using a 12 AWG 2-wire jacketed cable. It features Ground Fault Equipment Protection (GFEP) and a toggle switch that can initiate a hold-on of up to 10 hours to help combat even especially heavy snow fall.
