Recommended product, great buy

Works as advertised - I put this in our bathroom and keeps the floor warm --just as expected.
Very affordable pricing, in fact the best price I found on the web. There are helpful instructions - both from the manufacturer and also tips on the seller’s website. Prompt shipping, product arrived in good condition.

Almost got it right

The mat itself worked, was as advertised and had very quick shipping and handling. The packing list and instructions were hilariously crumpled into a paper ball and thrown into the box. The box itself came heavily damaged, but everything worked and at the cheapest price on the internet.

I have the 7.5' by 2' SunTouch mat that I installed when I redid my master bathroom with a porcelain tire floor. I also installed the programmable t-stat. The system works great. Makes the floor nice a toasty. One piece of advice it to make sure you cover every part of the floor you may walk/stand on as the heat does not transfer well to adjacent tiles. I.e. install under the toe kick of your vanity if you plan on standing in front of the sink to brush your teeth for example. Also, get as close as permitted around the toilet after reading all installation instructions about how far you have to stay away from the toilet so as to not melt the wax seal.

Awesome product - we love the warm tile !

Kyle from OK
Everything about my transaction with warmyourfloor was excellent. I had looked many products available - from loose wire to other mats - and kept coming back to SunTouch - as I wanted to install over cork for a thermal break from the concrete and they promote that for this product. Warmyourfloor was very helpful with the layout drawing, and in my odd shaped bathroom this project would have been very stressful without it. From my drawing, they calculated the sq footage I needed and how to layout it out. The mat itself laid out easliy and stuck well to the cork underlayment (over concrete slab). I used a little extra double sided tape on the mat and a lot of hot glue on the loose wire portions. My tile guy decided to totally cover the mat in thin set, since that is how he leveled the room - so it was a 2 day process allowing the skim coat to dry. Even with the additional thickness over the mat, it heats well and feels great. The thermostat is great and much better than the one I used previously in my kitchen loose wire installation.
The wire and the connections all seem very solid and well made - nothing seemed cheap - which is good as it is buried under a lot of thinset and tile! I did put in one backup thermostat sensor wire - cheap insurance!

Great customer service

This mat was the perfect size for my small bathroom. However, the customer service is what will bring me back for my next project. The web site was easy and informative. I was very impressed with their communications and quick shipping. When I called with a question, the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and resolved my inquiry. This gave me the impression of a small town company with people who really care about doing a good job. Thanks

System works well. I plan a future remodel of the master bath.

Products:
1. SunTouch Tape Mat, 120v, 24"x7'6"
2. SunTouch Sunstat Non-Programmable Dial Control
Installation was on a minor renovation of a guest bath, under ceramic tile on concrete slab floor. My installer was a young man, just starting in the general contractor business who had not done a radiant floor before. He and I viewed the install video and read all the guidance and did the install together.
Installation: I did most of the wiring. My contractor decided to lay the mat with a minimal layer of thinset, then let that harden before laying the tile on top. He was concerned with having to lay tile over the mat only attached to the floor with the tape. Only complication was that the floor was then not perfectly smooth (thinset over mat somewhat irregular) but by having the mat firmly installed the tile setting task wasn't so critical in care to avoid the loose mat. I checked wire integrity before, during, and after it was set in the thinset.
Operation has been checked and is fine.
I plan a future remodel of the master bath and will install a much larger area of mat, and will use a more standard programmable thermostat because I will depend on the mat for supplementary heating in the bath area. I have installed solar electric and planned for additional power consumption so power use will not a factor.

LOVE our new warm floor bath!

Wayne and Barbara Wheeler
We just finished a bath makeover and put down your floor warming system. LOVE our new warm floor bath! Installation was a breeze and it is so nice to step out of the shower onto a nice warm tile floor. My wife especially enjoys not having to put a mat down to try to keep her feet warm while she applies her makeup. We will be remodeling our other bath soon and we will put down a Warm Your Floor mat.

We love the warmth of our tile floor!

I made a heated floor part of my renovation plans for our master bath. My brother installed one of your heated mats in his bathroom so I picked his brain for tips on the install. I had an electrician friend install the thermostat. I watched a video online that was very helpful. The process was easy and I finished in one day. We love the warmth of our tile floor! What a difference on a chilly morning and since we had snowfall on the first day of spring we really need it.

The SunTouch mats we used worked out nicely; Thank you for a good product at a reasonable price.
I have installed two mats (1-2’X5’ and 1-3’x5’) together on an un-insulated concrete floor in a kennel stall with the heat probe and T-stat as a test. So far it has met my expectations.
I have recommended the process be applied in the rest of the guide dog kennels.

Geat product
Review by

We have installed the mat during summer and will not know full enjoyment until this winter. From testing it in our air conditioned home the mat warmed to several different temp. settings, we could feel the warmth.
The installation went fine with the exception that a lead wire was cut during installation and went undetected until floor was installed. We were able to trace and repair the wire with exceptional help from Tech. Service. Not only was the product great so was the service.
Be sure to read and follow the instructions and there will be no problem.

Will use these heated floors again!

We really enjoy the slate, esp. since they are heated. It was our tile guy’s first time working with the elec mats. We could not find anyone in Laramie who had experience with that type of heated floor. It turned out great and he indicated he would steer future clients to heated floors. We will put heated floors in the future bathroom remodel, so you’ll be hearing from me again.

very easy product to work with, like fiber mesh better and tape strips are nice. Dont know how well they would stick on cement brd or dusty sub-base material but on flat "Den shield" it works good.

Working very well in our Vail condo!

We put the radiant floor in our ski condo in Vail Colorado. We are on the first floor above an unheated garage. It is working very well to heat the bathroom opposed to the baseboard heat we had.
