The ideal Warmup electric heated driveway system is designed to operate automatically. As it monitors moisture, temperature, and precipitation, the controller will turn the system on to heat the surface just above freezing. 

The WSM-252W will check the weather forecast to anticipate snowfall and pre-heat your driveway. Through the Warmup WSM app, the system can thus operate without snow sensors and parameters can be tailored to operate the system with less wattage and amperage, thereby reducing running costs. You can add external sensors as an option as well.

Upon installation, download the Warmup WSM app for iOS and Android and activate your system through the intuitive menu. The system will know your location and start pulling weather data. This means there is no longer a need for exterior sensors.

Is it going to snow at 6 pm? The heated driveways system will find out the probability of snow and activate it at least 2 hours prior to the snowfall. This will enable your driveway slab to heat up to 40F-45F by the time snow does start falling. It will notify your smartphone of all actions taken. You can then manually overwrite or cancel from the convenience of your mobile device.

The WSM-252W also comes with manual activation and timer functions built-in.

We offer several manual and automatic controls for driveway & walkway heating systems. Automatic controllers are critical to the success of a snow melting installation and can reduce energy consumption by activating your system only when moisture and low temperatures are both detected.

The WSM-252W control panel has two 63A/4-pole contacts that are designed to handle a load of up to 252 amps at 2-phase. For 3-phase, the same control will handle a total capacity of 378 amps.
